Damaged Product Policy:

If your Parcel arrives Damaged, please contact our customer support and arrange a return. Once confirmed, a replacement will be sent to you. For any issues, our team is always here to assist you.


Return & Exchange Policy:

  • Returns or exchanges will be processed only after the original item is received by us.
  • Customers must return the product within 10 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
  • The product amount is refundable; however, Delivery charges are non-refundable.
